About Automatic Innkeeper

Automatic Innkeeper is a completely integrated POS and back office 32-bit Windows software and it is designed to fit into any type of restaurant business. From start to finish, waiter has no need to use mouse or keyboard, although Automatic Innkeeper is Windows 95 program! In addition, Automatic Innkeeper has system shell functions that release a waiter from contact with Windows environment and eliminate need for using a mouse or a keyboard.

Automatic Innkeeper does not need a mouse or a keyboard

Every transaction in entering order or making purchase, or in entering request for some report, can be done by using only light pen and barcode boards. There are few barcode boards: Order board, Purchase board, Master card and Reports and Utilities board. Waiter can fast enter and print order using light pen and Order barcode board only. Order barcode board is carefully designed to speed up entering order and, together with some program's shortcut method, can satisfy stress requirements like Friday's crowd. After order is entered, three reports will be printed: customer check and kitchen and bar internal suborders. Purchase board is intended for entering food and liquor items in restaurant's warehouse. With Master card, manager can get some important reports such as daily receipts report, total or by waiter, and stock level report. In addition, with Master card, manager can edit articles, bills of material, or article synonyms. With Reports & Utilities board, a waiter can get his daily receipts report, report of unpaid checks (with table number marks) which is useful for his replacement, daily selling inventory report and daily tax book report. Automatic Innkeeper simplifies using entire system and provides integrity of data

Automatic Innkeeper has auto load option when Windows start running. Waiter has to switch on computer only, at the start of day. In addition, by scanning Exit barcode label, Automatic Innkeeper exits program and shuts down Windows. Waiter has to switch off computer only, at the end of day. Automatic Innkeeper has automatic recovery database function in case of unpredictable power off. In next Windows session, Automatic Innkeeper will start automatic recovery database function and will make database backup.

Automatic Innkeeper can replace similar articles by synonyms

Articles with same basic characteristics (price, tax rate...) such as non-alcoholic carbonated beverages (Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta...) can be replaced by their synonym (such as Non-alcoholic carbonated drink) in daily tax book report, which is a substantial report for paying tax obligations. Synonym describes its own articles, simplifies keeping tax book, and meets tax law requirements. All remaining reports such as customer bill, and kitchen or bar suborder, will keep original names of articles.
