Letter of Recommendation for Dusan Gajic
Dusan Gajic was hired by Bravo for a period of three mounts. His contract term expired at the end of October 1993. Bravo wished to renew the contract at that time but Dusan decided to pursue some other options.
Dusan's responsibilities included completely writing the code to build Watchdog Timer safety utilities into our systems for automatic control of technical process. He was involved in low-level DOS interrupt functions programming and was required to write program with specific requirements. For example, this program has been required to be transparent to other software and to be memory resident to ensure continuos system control. Dusan was put under strong pressure, because we decided to build this program into system for automatic control of chlorine storing and applied it in one chemical company. In this way, we have prevented system from crashing down, because Dusan wrote reliable code that insures safe recovery functions in most cases, or restarts master computer in case of unpredictable blockage of master computer. Dusan completed the program on time, and he met all the requirements of the program specifications, often came up with creative solutions of the problems. His deep knowledge of the DOS operating system and C language served us well all the time. He acquired substantial knowledge of Industrial PC architecture. It was a pleasure working with Dusan for the past few months, and all of us wish him good luck in his future endeavors.
