G.I.C.A. is one of the biggest wholesale and retail trade company in east region of republic of Serbia. Besides that, G.I.C.A. has two restaurants and well-known pizzeria "Cactus" in own property. Because of growth of business, I decided to install computer system in that pizzeria. I had some specific requirements, such as fast order entering without using of keyboard or mouse, and attractive check printing. In addition, I required software that include some pizzeria management functions which released me from both control of pizzeria's employees and calculations of some inventory and tax reports. I had unsuccessfully contacted many domestic software companies before I meet Mr. Dusan Gajic. He immediate impressed me because he had already prepared originally solutions for my problems. He offered to make special order barcode tables according to pizzeria's menu and to made software that release waiters from learning about Windows and from using mouse or keyboard. I decided to hired Dusan and he worked for G.I.C.A. in period from June 1998 to December 1998. He finished his job before term expired. He was always available to my pizzeria's stuff and he shown great capability to understand and to resolve problems that are specific for restaurant business. Many times he was staying in pizzeria in late in the evening and helped waiters to work with his program.
Dusan is singularly committed to excellence in everything he does. He has a strong commitment to his work and the products he produces. I have in mind to install computer systems in other two restaurants and I shall not hesitate to ask Dusan to work for me again.
