Dusan Gajic worked for PlamTrade company as both a consultant and as a contractor from October 1998 to Mart 1999. During that period, Dusan was member of team for development of software for retail business management. He was directly responsible for developing cash register program and assisted in development of back office part of that software. Dusan shown extraordinary ability to propose solutions and to resolve many practical problems that he encountered. For example, he innovated systems for fast data finding that became necessary tool in our cash register software. Dusan has cooperated extensively with team members and he helped us to eliminate some bugs in back office software. His development expertise provided us with many solutions that are built into our software products. On the other side, he acquired great experience in understanding of retail business management.
I found Dusan to be an excellent employee. He was self motivated and conducted himself in a very professional manner. I will keep Dusan in mind for future projects which may require a contractor of his skill and talents.
